Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ProductManagerHub (“the Service”), operated by Tony Ludwig (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These terms apply to all users, including free trial users, individual subscribers, and team accounts.

2. Description of the Service

ProductManagerHub is an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server that provides curated product leadership knowledge to AI tools such as Claude Desktop, Cursor, and Notion. The Service delivers strategic frameworks, decision tools, outcomes data, and product management guidance sourced from senior product leaders.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using ProductManagerHub, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Accounts and API Keys

To access the Service, you must create an account and obtain an API key. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your API key and credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or exhibit suspicious activity.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

ProductManagerHub offers the following plans:

  • Free Trial: 10 queries at no cost. No credit card required.
  • Professional: $99/month for unlimited queries and full feature access.
  • Team: $599/month for 5–10 product leaders with team features.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share, resell, or redistribute your API key or access credentials
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or systematically extract the knowledge base
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, related systems, or networks
  • Use automated systems to exceed reasonable usage patterns or abuse rate limits

7. Intellectual Property

All content, frameworks, strategies, and materials provided through ProductManagerHub are the intellectual property of ProductManagerHub and its contributors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the information for your own internal business purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
  • Any strategic advice, frameworks, or outcomes data will produce specific results for your business
  • The information provided is complete, accurate, or current for every situation

ProductManagerHub provides curated knowledge and patterns from real product leaders, but all strategic decisions remain your responsibility. Past outcomes reported do not guarantee future results.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProductManagerHub and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ProductManagerHub, its operators, and contributors from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

11. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify subscribers of material changes.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the “Last updated” date and, for active subscribers, via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
