Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Product Manager Hub ("the Service", "we", "us", or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Product Manager Hub is a product management platform designed to help product managers organize products, epics, stories, and knowledge. The Service includes:

• Product, epic, and story management
• Knowledge Hub for notes, decisions, links, and risks
• Stakeholder communication tools
• AI-powered features including product refinement, story refinement, test plan generation, and training content generation (Professional tier)
• AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) Audit Tool (Professional tier)
• GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) Citation Tracking (Professional tier)

The Service is provided on a subscription basis with both free and paid tiers. Features and functionality may be subject to changes, updates, or discontinuation.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use the Service, you may be required to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration (including email, full name, company name, and password)
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Accounts are organized by company. When you register, a company record is created, and you become the first user of that company. Additional users may be added to your company.

4. Subscription Tiers and Features

4.1 Free Tier

The free tier provides access to basic features including product, epic, and story management, Knowledge Hub, and basic search. AI features, AEO Audit Tool, and GEO Citation Tracking are not available in the free tier.

4.2 Professional Tier

The Professional tier is a paid subscription that includes all free tier features plus:

• All AI features (product refinement, story refinement, code to stories, test plan generation, training content generation, stakeholder communication AI, release dependency analysis)
• AEO Audit Tool for analyzing website optimization for answer engines
• GEO Citation Tracking for monitoring citations across AI platforms
• Unlimited products, epics, stories, and knowledge items
• Priority support

Professional tier subscriptions are billed monthly ($29/user/month) or annually ($25/user/month when billed annually). Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.

5. Payment and Billing

If you purchase a Professional subscription:

• You agree to pay all fees associated with your account
• Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or at our discretion
• We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers
• If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your access to paid features
• You may cancel your subscription at any time, and access to paid features will continue until the end of your billing period

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service to compete with us or build a similar service
• Share your account credentials with others

7. User Content and Data

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or store using the Service, including products, epics, stories, knowledge items, and other data ("User Content").

By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your User Content as necessary to provide the Service, including:

• Storing your data in our database
• Processing your data through AI services to provide AI-powered features
• Backing up your data
• Providing technical support

You are solely responsible for your User Content and warrant that you have all necessary rights to use and store such content through the Service.

8. AEO Audit and GEO Citation Tracking

The AEO Audit Tool and GEO Citation Tracking features are available only to Professional tier subscribers. These features:

• May make API calls to third-party services (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity, SerpAPI) on your behalf
• Store audit results and citation data in our database
• Track API usage and costs for monitoring purposes
• May cache results to optimize performance and reduce costs

Free tier users may access a limited public AEO audit feature that requires an email address and is rate-limited to one audit per week per email address.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Product Manager Hub and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Our trademarks, service marks, and logos may not be used without our prior written consent.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain the Service's availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any damages resulting from Service unavailability.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted, or that defects will be corrected. AI-generated content is provided for assistance only and should be reviewed and verified by you.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRODUCT MANAGER HUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will cease immediately
• You will lose access to all paid features
• We may delete your account and data, subject to our data retention policies
• You may request a copy of your data before termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or cancelling your subscription through your account settings.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service and may cancel your subscription.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Product Manager Hub operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
