Community

A community of practice for product managers who ship with AI.

A community of practice is a group of people who do the same work and get better by doing it together.

I started this one for product managers who ship with AI. We share what we learned on real products, then use it on the next build.

Who it is for

Product managers who ship with AI, and founders who do that job themselves. I built it for people with a product in market, or close to it, who want peers working the same problems.

What we do together

Peers

I built this for product managers who are shipping. It is a place to compare what landed and what stalled.

Playbooks

Playbooks come from my own builds, and the community is where we use and improve them.

Classroom and checklist space

A place to walk the steps in order. Checklists stay with the work, not in a lost thread.

Member Q&A

The room is for questions about the work. I answer them there.

Free on the site, and inside the community

  • Free on the site: ship stories, essays, ProductBot, the knowledge base, MCP, and the tools. No account. I leave them open so anyone can start from the shared practice.
  • Inside the community: playbooks, the classroom and checklist space, and member Q&A with peers. I host that room on Skool.

Common questions

What is a community of practice?
A community of practice is a group of people who do the same work and get better by doing it together. I started this one for product managers who ship with AI. We share what we learned on real products, then use it on the next build.
Who is it for?
Product managers who ship with AI, and founders who do that job themselves. I built it for people with a product in market, or close to it, who want peers working the same problems.
Is it free?
The site is free. I leave ship stories, essays, ProductBot, the knowledge base, and the tools open, with no account. The community on Skool is the paid room: playbooks, a classroom and checklist space, and member Q&A.
What happens inside the community?
I share ship stories and playbooks from my own builds. The community is where we work from those. The point is a shared practice, not a feed.
